I have been focusing on the research of large-size glass casting, creating works that related to the characteristic of glass itself and unceasingly seeking for the possible breakthrough which is not only about casting and grinding technique, but also the more about the conceptual cross-over and expressionism. It is an exploration of structure and space under the glass art context, in the way rationalism which is base on cultural esthetics. What I want to show is not exactly a still object, but a scene that builds to open the viewer’s imagination which is a sort of memory recall that goes beyond historical traces and a spiritual expectation that full od vitality and energy. |
